Defrosting recommendation	Defrosting recommendation: Remove the frozen product from packaging. Defrost the whole product in the fridge (6-7°C) for approximately 9 hours. Defrost the whole product at room temperature (21-22°C) for approximately 10 hours. Warm the whole product in the pre-heated oven (150 °C) for 40 minutes. Let the whole product cool down for 60 minutes after that.
