PASTEL COLORS ARE TRENDING

Toppings provide contrast in the presentation. Use current flavor trends and showcase them in the right colors. Lavender, pistachio, or orange in soft pastel shades bring a beautiful contrast to varied eye-catching products. Additionally, light flavor accents with lavender and pistachio are currently a must-have.

FLAVOR TOPPING

Classic cakes serve as the base and are customized to your customers' tastes with various toppings, similar to ice cream. Cheesecakes and sponge cakes, such as apple or cream streusel, are ideal for this.

Your advantage: You have endless combination possibilities while still catering to the individual preferences of your customers. Just 3-6 different cakes in the display case are enough to make a real difference with this trend.

For Winter: Apple Cake with honey or maple syrup, enhanced with salted nuts

Create a sensational, brownie-topped dessert in a glass in just a few simple steps.

Step 1

Slice the brownie into 6 to 8 pieces, according to the size of the glass. Loosen the slightly thick vanilla custard with a splash of Grand Marnier. Toast and roughly chop the walnuts.

Step 2
